LWP Statement (IMO lets call them say alternative facts) - The Company anticipates that contributions by Lanstead over the remaining 12 months that the agreement is in effect, should contribute in the order of AUD 2 million in cash..

If the directors really thought the share price would be 0.3 - 0.5c in the next few months then they would have purchased more than the 0 shares they have purchased.
