As is the case with all of MSB's prospects, I think the operative word in that passage you quoted is "potential".
Indeed, this great potential for MSB has existed for many years ... yet the declining MSB share price over an extended time frame has failed to reflect this.
What do you think the reason(s) is(are) for that stark long-term divergence in potential and share price?
(Of course, there are many listed companies that are at any point in time being described as having a lot of potential. And, notably, a great majority of them don't even come close to achieving the potential ascribed to them.)
