So here I am. This is me at my most coherent and also my most discomfort so please bear with me.

People have been asking about me etc and I have said before that I am preparing for heart surgery, which basically means I have to come off my current medication. Otherwise when they do the surgery, I will 1. bleed out 2. not be symptomatic as the medication helps control that. The result of no medication is a lot of discomfort, pain and lack of sleep. If i take medication for that stuff, I'm then in no mood and have no capability to post thoughtful responses here on HC. Also as I am on quite high dosages of the medication it takes some time to ween myself off without suffering serious withdrawals, so this is going to be my life for the next few months. I have been through this twice before, yes it is shit, no i dont want your sympathy. I'm just trying to explain the situation I am in.

With that out of the way I will continue on with what i was doing when i first started posting.

I was providing the technical knowledge to investors for the app and clearing up the confusion that was abundant due to the 20 megabit speed limit. I will reiterate this again. I am not apart of Wangle in any way shape or form. Im just an investor like many of you. However, due to my background in IT I figured I would share that knowledge here on the forums. Many were thankful and the whole conversation here lifted, although, some believed I had ulterior motives and attacked me personally. This didn't really bother me and I was often laughing at how ridiculous the situation and the accusations were.

As for now, the technology has been proven by a reputable independent 3rd party. My IT background is really no longer needed. The technical questions have been answered, New Management is in place and is talking to many other posters on here. Also anyone who e-mails me with a question gets answered, yet when i do check the forums I still see people asking where I am.

I saw another post asking how I was able to respond so quick. I had email alerts set up on the threads, i didnt think it was a tricky thing but apparently that is some sort of Voodoo. I have since disabled all these but that was my magic trick for anyone interested.

Onto the current situation since some people here seem to value my opinion. Im not happy with the current shareprice and im not happy with the way the marketing is being done but for completely different reasons to all of you it seems. As per an earlier post that was a response form Sean, we are still in the initial stages of the app rollout, the PR stage. I am fine with this and have no real quams about the duration of the process, they are the professionals and i have the utmost respect for them and believe they know when to pull the trigger for the next phase etc. My issue is that so far everything seems to be focussing on the compliance issues. "We're compliant, everyone should be compliant" other people arguing that they shouldnt etc. For the average home user, which should be the target market for the app, who cares. They don't, they didnt care enough at the election to stop the data laws going into place. They dont even understand the data laws. We should be out there with a message like,

"We have been told that all VPN’s had to be ACMA compliant. We are ACMA compliant, however, regardless if you agree with this or not Wangle is not a VPN service designed to protect illegal online behaviour. Wangle is an app which purpose is to increase the enjoyment and safety of online media consumption. To do this we have created patented technologies that increase the speed of the end users connection by 40% as proven by Independent testing completed by PWC. Security is increased by encrypting all data that is sent from the end users device and back to it. Wangle also does not inject any ads, malvertising, or any other forms revenue generating material into the VPN tunnel unlike 38% of other VPN’s and we do not ask for frivolous access rights to end user devices like 80% of VPN’s."

If Telstra or Optus etc had a product that sped up your internet by 40% when the speed dropped below 20 megabits per second but it cost an extra $5 a month how many people would sign up? Thats what we have, there are other benefits like security etc etc. but end users are dumb, they understand speed. And why we havent been promoting our strength instead of trying to spin a negative into a positive for this market segment is confusing me.

Compliance etc is great for Enterprise and Family insights, app users want to be talking about speed.

And to answer @goarmy above me, you talk about the new thing that they can be apart of, not he thing that has already been released. They will feel like they have already missed the boat.
