Thanks for detailed reply. I am not saying that management has done a great job; they have left many things to be desired so far. I am only saying that start ups have to go through torrid times in the begging no matter how efficient the management is. XPED has a new product that big companies will not adopt at the first sight unfortunately. There are things outside the control of the management that we need to empathize and give them margin for. In one of the communication, Marty mentioned that the products might take around a year to mature and realize revenue (like most of the new products do). I am ready to wait till end of the year and see the outcome. All of us wanted to have returns on our investments sooner than letter; unfortunately it didn't come through so far. I would rather wait patiently for the company to realize it's potential; if I am not satisfied, I would rather sell than whining on public forums as it for sure would not yield any results.
