No. Firstly, the first post said the small parcels were buys, not sells (I haven't been watching). I suggested (but it is purely conjecture) that these small buys could be an attempt to fill a large order over a period of time without alerting the market and moving the price higher. However, I would have thought that this would work best on a stock that has a small turnover of shares (as was usually the case when it happened to PSD). WMT volume is fairly high compared with the size of the buys, so it should be possible to buy much larger parcels without unduly influencing the price, so maybe my theory is off the mark.
