I note that according to the HC sub-text attached to the video it is a paid advertisement. Even though this is an old video this means to me that the company has decided to promote this video at this time. That being the case, the decision to leave the dividend message at the end is a clear choice to promote the fact there will be a dividend. If there were doubt about the dividend or if it were not going to be paid, leaving that message in the ad would have to be considered misleading - therefore I think this is a clear signal from the company the dividend will be paid.
