Trump's pending impeachment HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH the nature of the FBI investigations concerning Michael Flynn.
Trump will be impeached because he politically interfered with an ongoing FBI investigation. As posted if Flynn's crimes were something hypothetically as mundane as unpaid parking tickets Trump would lose his job on obstruction of justice grounds. It is my expectation that Trump will be pardoned by President Pence.
