SP3, why can DIAMO not inject money to do the drilling? Cos they are a state-owned company?? It has clearly been stated numerous times that they have the money to do the exploration drilling themselves.
Though, as you say, I guess the problem for them is funding the capital works supposedly required before they can do any exploration.
