Well hopefully wih WAM and WAX out, that resistance is broken. Still think it represents value. I know the risk is a housing correction...but I reckon prices would have to come off an awful lot before NCK sales would be affected. I would of thought it would be those who have paid laege chunks off their mortgages that were the bulk of NCKs custom and therefore any downturn in housing would take a whilee to impact sales. Just an opinion as slways and Im someone who think there is a housing bubble.
