Since it will be "per app" and not per device, as negotiated, and hence much lower licensing fees for iCharger and iPark,
and since announcement also stated "based on Telink's chips", IMO, Xped may also get the 17% of fee from Telink for Telink's sales. Unless, of course your sentence "...there will not be any ADRC in the icharger or ipark ..." comes into play here for Telink's chips.
