These could have been sorted Friday or over the weekend? I'd hope to see something Monday.

They normally base the price on the last 10 or 15 days trading so the good news is AGY has been well over 7 cents.

**If the CR is 1M-3M and it's at a discount. It may not be that bad...Say it's 2M at 7-8 cents? Well, that's a HELL of a lot better then the SP was 2 months ago and the last CR at 3 cents.

If that lets us actually start STAGE 2 and get 1650 tones worth of ponds made then that great. I still think S1 & S2 get bumped to 2,000 tones.

**If it's 5M-8M at 10-12 cents, well thats much better and the SP would go well north of 15 cents right after IMO.

The BIG thing is AGY is actually starting STAGE 2 and in that gives us a valuation of 25-30 cents.

(Maybe not focus too much on the amount and terms...but STAGE 2 starting...THIS IS THE THING that changes AGY dramatically.)

I've been talking to more friends overseas and I think that's were the issue with the Chinese may have been. They see AGY as a 5-8 cent company and Jerko is probably pushing for 10-15 cents. He's right because once STAGE 2 is started and STAGE 3 plans are announced...AGY is worth a lot more then 30 cents IMO.

Why should the Chinese get such a good deal and dilute us shareholders so much?
God would I love a 25M funded Chinese deal NOW but, dilution is the enemy and Jerko would be right to stick to his guns.

I'd think and hope that the end game for the Chinese is the Lithium supply and I think Jerko doing this CR with-out them will be a REAL wake up call and get their eyes back on the prize.

We'll know what's what soon...unless anyone can enlighten us with there "opinion" sooner.
