This is what is known as a "chopsticks to China" mentality. Big market, grab a small %, success.

China is the focus and XPE does not have any senior executives with tech experience in Asia. In fact, XPE does not even have a BusDev team on the ground in China. How many other Lenze-style businesses would be in China? Does XPE have any Business Development executives or have they all been moved on?
