The legal action against Watchstone was a foregone conclusion IMO. The AFR has rarely promoted positive news on this company so it should come as no surprise this action was neglected.

How do you figure the leaks have stopped if the AFR is still reporting significant dilution? The quantum of the dilution would only have been tabled for discussion after the debt changed hands, and the AFR hasn't changed its position on this since it first reported 95% dilution.

Your books seem to be missing pages or are only comprised of crayon drawings. What do hedge funds returns have to do with an SGH holder returns? Are you invested in the hedge fund? No, so put it a minus sign in front of that return and add a zero and that starts to approximate what return you will see from this.

It doesn't matter if i dismiss the research because it comes from the US. The author of the article does it for me and you completely miss that point.

You and the AFR are very wrong about dilution nick. You shouldn't believe everything you read from the media.
You and others forcast 95% dilution a long time ago and it still hasn't happened. Yet Sgh have fresh funds to fill the short term cashflow needs from the new syndicate. Explain to us nick miller why didn't they do d4e at .01 like you predicted for the 40 million??
