In regards to your question on the required number of bondholders for the original restructure proposal (now plan A), which requires 75% of both 2017 and 2020 bondholders. This is the last time that I know of that the CEO reported the figures.. If you have an update on these figures please post.
As you can see from this plan A is not working without the support of CIC who hold 33% of the 2020 bonds.
