"dlux, while that may well be true, you have just lifted it from a book or the internet - anyone can do that. Of course it's virtually impossible to prove or disprove many such theories about different planes of existence, so whoever creates them can remain safe from rebuttal.

The only way to know such things would be to experience them first hand. So...when did you last travel the astral planes?"

I suggest that the records of the astral light & other planes of existence are not theories as even some man made devices have recorded events that happened eons ago. We all travel the astral planes when we are sleeping/dreaming. One reason not to startle or wake up sleepwalkers is that they not make it back to the physical body. Must say on that score I don'r dream all that much, not eating enough cheese I guess!!

To experience that part of consciousness that is of 'no time/no space' namely 'oneness' it takes I would suggest a raising of consciousness. or as some say after a 'wow' experience - it was as time stood still.

This is a big read on dreams & will prove to readers how much they do not know - but something to ponder on.

    Q. What are the "principles" which are active during dreams?

    A. The "principles" active during ordinary dreams -- which ought to be distinguished from real dreams, and called idle visions -- are Kama, the seat of the personal Ego and of desire awakened into chaotic activity by the slumbering reminiscences of the lower Manas.
