I think you must assume that a poster who writes a positive post does so because he has an interest in seeing the stock price rise. Vice-versa for the negative poster. They might be interested in buying the stock but want a lower entry price, or they are a former holder who lost money and feel the stick deserves a decent kick for causing them financial pain.
I don't believe there are many posts that contain information about a stock that is posted for purely altruistic purposes. All information is propaganda of one sort or another regardless of whether it is true on not. As many posters conclude in their messages - Do your own research.
