I think it would be wise to stop here for a moment and dwell on what we have:
- research showing that hedge funds in general are good for companies and share holders when working cooperatively with management and other stake holders (SGH statement said they were)
- research showing that hedge funds in general acquire abound 35% equity when purchasing debt (this case however is a little different as they bought senior debt not junior debt - so why would they go for higher equity?)
And then the little matter of the upcoming 1billion Pound lawsuit and did I forget to mention NIHL where we keep hiring staff?
Could the coffee boy from Crowe Horwarth please research the above to ensure correctness?
