    Hi Folks

    'Some' good debate here.

I listened intently to the EGM a couple of weeks back thanks to the link provided here. I took 6 pages of key points at the time.

Tiring of the downramping and innuendo. Lets get it from the horses mouth eh?

    Read on.

Lets revisit perspective on the deals concerned from the 'Chairman of Uran'....the former Chairman of the now multi billion uranium company Paladin PDN.

    On Rozna:

    To paraphrase his comments and sentiment;

URA will be north of $5 -$10 if Rozna goes ahead.

If 'outsiders' partner the Czechs...it will be Uran.

Should know by June 30 re the deal to mine deeper levels.

The beauty of Rozna is theres barely anything to be done.

    Its currently at 30% capacity

    Czechs donrt have the expertise.

State not allowed to put capital into the mine.

Joe Cavara (Czech born lives in Australia and has worked at Honeywell and other U projects) is the 'door opener' to the political process with the Czechs.

JV Focus = Uran bring expertise. Looking for 75/25 deal...most likely be 50/50

If a deal is done .." Move in tomorrow overseas"

Uran is "First off the ranks"

    On Discovery:

Discovery is specifically a deal in Eastern Europe (CIS countries)

    "No issues with the deal"

"We dont want to buy a 'paper tiger'...we are waiting for deal/s of substance to hit the table before we sign a deal"

Deal has not been done yet as a result.

Discovery has preferential rights in the Ukraine re the deals.
The company has registered both the Discovery AND Uran names so as not to stall any further technicalities when or if a deal is made between the parties and as a result may confuse the negotiations.

No conflict of interest for KH. She works for Uran.

    Ukraine:

Ukraine negotiations were going well....once elections are sorted out then there will be a 'move forward'

Ukraine has a tough history with the Russians.

    Many 'secret deposits'

Protocol has Uran as 'preferred' outsider/negotiator.

Ukraine 'on hold' for "3 months or so" until elections are sorted.

    Africa:

This was 'slipped' But somethings were mentioned.

KH went to Africa to perhaps 2 maybe 3 countries locations.
    Perhaps Namibia/Mauritania

Looking at existing or near production.

    Martinick has contacts in Africa.

Wolf Martin 'very well connected in Africa'

Most likely will regsiter Uran in Africa.

    Uzbekistan:

Not much mentioned here by MK but if one goes back to KH comments last December then she was confident an advanced project would be on board this year.

Mentioned 1 or 2 projects here.

    Kazakhstan:

MK was less confident in this region. Mentioned a JV and 'again' 'contacts' in the region.

And to top off the comments from the Chairman:

"Ticket on a rocket ship to a planet" (re the investment in Uran)

"Do it your way with our expertise" (Urans pragmatic approach to working with the countries involved)

"No plans for a capital raising at the moment"

"Australian projects are a long way off" (in explanation as to why Uran are not focusing on Australia)

"Prize is so significant" (ie any deal done)

"We can move in tomorrow overseas" (when'if a deal is done)

"Could be tomorrow morning" (re the time frame given for doing a deal with the Czechs)

    And a comment made by the Chairman relating to current negotiations taking into account the delays and unknowns;

"We will be done and dusted by December"

So folks, there you have it. The chairmans own sentiments.

Not mine, not SP3, not Zed, not anyone here...just the guy who runs the company.

By December means within 6 months obviously.

Current MC and a host of potential deals sees me on board folks.

TA suggests we may go down further.

We may...if there is no announcement/s made or no developments forthcoming.

The chairmans own comments are enough for me to stay with this.
The MC is so small now that any further weakness 'for me' is a further buy opportunity.

Please for all those newbies do your own research and think hard before considering entering this. It is volatile and high risk and at vthis point has nothing tangibly re uranium.

At the very least put it on your watchlist.

    Goodluck all!
