I should just add that i am not an Aussie so that is not the reason for my comments, just a life of having to pay market price for anything i want. Nothing against ms Unwin, i was talking in more general terms.
We all know that Directors buying or selling shares can have a massive effect on sentiment so why not try to at least minimise the effect by giving discounted shares so they have to invest some cash and then have an incentive to keep the price above a certain level. Sorry just getting old and cynical.
