CST SP is languishing near year lows, whilst rest of the market (esp mining) has gone up substantially. Investors who have made large realised profits elsewhere will look to sell their holdings that have gone down to minimise their tax.
Thus, barring a good announcement, IMHO cos such as CST are not likely to go up between now and end of the financial year.
