IMO it doesn't smell any good. Anyone may resign as a director (as if!!) but knowing that your investment is going to go higher, would you sell it? NO WAY! Even if he's tired of the business, even if he's buying a brand new spanking home (by the way his salary was a mere $300k pa) I don't think he's silly enough to sell just for the heck of it...there's something fishy going on.
I think the consolidation 30:1 didnt help much neither!
