You seem to be suggesting there might be a trade mark infringement, a breach of copyright, and some misleading or deceptive conduct under Australia's statutory competition and consumer regime. No, there isn't. The video is clearly speculation as the publication caption on YouTube states, and the video is itself an "original" work in which I own copyright and have licensed to youtube. I fear that knee-jerk comments like yours involves the type of scare-mongering that stifles the publication of a lot of creative thought in this world. On your reasoning, any private citizen would have to get permission to upload a youtube featuring a coca cola can, eating a McDonalds cheeseburger, or attending an AFL game with banners in the background because, inevitably, some "concerned" person is going to be unhappy with the way certain images are depicted or conveyed.
I should add that P&G and OBJ will only concern themselves about this speculative video if it "hits a nerve" in terms of its accuracy. However, given all of the information contained in the video has come from the public domain, and my own thoughts, I'm afraid they really don't have grounds for complaint. In any event, I'm pleased it had an impact on you.
