You also say a positive announcement re medicare will add no value to VCR. That is head in the sand stuff seeking.

A positive announcement will be a licence to print money and will be akin to a red rag to a bull with large medical equipment manufacturers wanting to take a position in this segment of the market thru aquisition or partnership. If you think this increased interest will not extend to VCR and be reflected in the share price, think again.
