It is a concern when someone can equate experience flying an airplane to experience as a Director
I am absolutely sure there are many holders here who have shares in other Companies and can vouch for the fact that being an ASX Director in many cases has no distinct advantages (for the Company). Experienced Directors certainly understand and know the compliance rules and use these most effectively when raising capital which ultimately pays their wages!! If you hold a few shares in the spec space in particular you will notice a few of the same names often crop up and they usually have their mates around them..........
Being an ASX Director does not confer on you any additional knowledge or talent on how to progress a Company
