Datacenters weren't part of the Nextgen deal. That was to pickup more fibre assets (in particular interstate backhaul fibre). Datacenters have been acquired progressively over many years (eg. PerthIX, Maxnet (nz), ASG(perth), EDC (syd and melb), and numerous through the mergers with Amcom & M2 )
