Perhaps add that the change to suspension is for finalising details of the negotiations for the U spin-off, then if DSTs are not good enough for Paradox to be called commercial, they can make that ann during the suspension for the U spin-off and no-one can act.

That strategy worked well when they had to issue the Mar qtly report and resulted in the reporting of discouraging news while they weren't trading.

I hope for all you holders that this ain't the case and that they will report great DST results, but recent reporting track record tends to suggest otherwise.
