Also i'm not sure if i'm missing something? In the prospectus it says "At the general meeting, shareholders approved ECM and its associates subscribing for up to $3,900,000 worth of shares in the company pursuant to the offer”
And further down in the directors interests it shows Simon Higgins, Adam Boyd and Peter Torre who can subscribe to a combined total of $1.625mil…. so that brings the total to $5.525mil.
Where’s the other $75,000 coming from?
