something is definately wrong, page-36

Here is a brief summary from my perspective from posting and reading other poss of what has happened to bring about what we are seeing now, IMO~!


1. December 2006 - Jan 2007 reduced copper grades from contaminated stockpiles.
- Thus the sp falls from folk in the know and retraces back to $1.60 ish.

2. FEB 6th 2007 TriCom Equities SPP for OS Soph Investors at $1.25
- They dont say who it is but its the chineses the people (the folk who we have the new offtake agreement with).
- The market now thinks fox is overvalued and $1.25 is the benchmark

3. 24 Million June 30th 2007 Expiry, 0.75c exc options set to expire in one month.
- The soph investors (chinese) want to take a part of the company they want to get hold of as many of these options as possible, so cap the stock and keep it around $1.00 so they can get a huge discount.
- If any options that are not converted as someone else has said, Soph Investors will pick them up for nix increasing their stake.

4. Options gone, company has more cash, a huge Database to prove more resources and now with the options gone Fox will be approached by another company, which also increases the SP and Don Harper resigns from the board.

- Either a Friendly takeover or a Hostile takeover, but I would say friendly due to the above unfolding which leads to another question, Who and When.
(my guess is WSA and in around July -August)

Anyways, as you all know, most of this is Opinion Only, and in due time it will be interesting to see how things play out until such time being July - August.

Call it science fiction if you like, But if you do, dont forget to mention about the little green men with lazer guns running around up there in the Pilbira contaminating copper..lol :)

It at the very least is good to see that some here are of agreement to the possibility of how and why things are panning out as they are, which collectively we can at least understand or have a ballpark answer for these folk who keep asking WHY is this happening.
