If a debt for equity transaction is going to happen, a million dollar question is at what price this swap would occur. I am sure the last price of 29.5 cents ( on 15 May) will not be used because a week before that ( 9 May) shares were trading above $1 range. Close to 70 cents is a reasonable guess. By the way, is it possible that this whole drama was pre-planned by someone to get a low price for the suggested debt for equity transaction?
