Absolutely agree, madam, and thank you for the many valid points you make.
I keep looking at it as a handy diversification, but cant bring myself to pay a fat premium price (P/E 28.7, if you don't mind) for such indifferent performance.
I remain astonished at last year's capital raise being totally consumed in goodwill writedowns - what was that about?!?
This serial acquirer needs better processes to integrate bought businesses fast. cleanly and effectively.
The SP ought to revisit 3.30 on this. Whether it does remains to be seen.
