You are playing with blind fold game. They couldn't strike the deal when iron Gold time. . Look at today iron ore prices, China Economy, North Korea fat pig issue.. Share issue billions and billions... big debt.. there are dead lines, they must get finance before that shock... Who the hell will throw billions $$ current situation of SDL??? I was SDL fun for many years before Plane crashed and Iron Gold time.. Ride up and down many times,, lost $$$ and gain $$$ between GFC ... but IMO today SDL's situation is totally changed... I can say, it is blind fold game only now.. no down ramp,, it is reality.
