To your dismay - My calcs are actually accurate and demonstrative of how the CN works. But you're right - they're fairly useless - because it should be ridiculously obvious to someone as 'investor savvy' as yourself - that the price with which you sell your shares does matter and does impact your profit % - and that it's not fixed at 18% like you say it is. I shouldn't need to do up 6 examples for you to show you those fundamental basics of selling things.
