There are 2 things that need to be done:
A. New terms need to be agreed upon my Mike (Gridcomm) and Alex - This has yet to be completed.
B. Investors have to front up funds so A need to be enticing - i.e get rid of ridiculous con notes, reduce performance shares etc.
