lol....beattie is good for himself ...lol....like all the bantum roosters running states /territories....for heavens sake lets have a grown up system......feds and strong local ....get the spunges out of the middle.
California....one state ...20 million people .....here even an ACT/N.T has a spot to put the ugly actors ...lol
but the joke is on us.....$9 billion a year in wastage and duplication by having states...oh...and...most important....this system means no-one is ever responsible.
