It is an invite for members of the public to fill in key aspects and discoveries of the Seth Rich botched robbery rape. This data, the voracity of which is not assured by Wikileaks, as it is a user based page, is to be collated into appropriate research files by Wikileaks, so as to centralise everything that is known.
I am sure Assange is not doing this to terrorise the Rich family, but rather to provide a back bone to the Rich Family's plea for sincere help. A plea the Rich family have been clear to express despite the Brad Bauman, (a professional Democratic crisis public-relations consultant) shouting down the family voice. There are two stories here:
i) Seth Rich leaked the DNC records to Wikileaks [Wikileaks pursues this]
ii) Seth Rich was killed by the DNC as a revenge [Hannity / Wheeler]
They are quite distinct.
And as John Podesta suggests, in his emails - when Hillary Clinton is losing an argument, she must conflate it, with something that cannot be argued. This is what the DNC fixit Mr. Brad Bauman's emotion 'spare the family' achieves. You can't arge with that!
