    "Trafford will be free carried by IronClad through to production"

    This would presumably mean TRF will have to contribute to operating costs. Otherwise they'd have said they'd be getting a royalty of X% of revenue from the project.

    Does "Through to production" mean decision to mine (in which case TRF will have to pay its fair share of capex as well)?
