    The Desktop Mining Study completed by SRK Consulting has confirmed the value of the Xolobeni Project with an indicative pre-tax NPV of US$129 million (approx $A190m) being ascribed to it. despite this, MRC's market cap is only $16m. Obviously there are reasons why the market is apply such a discount, so if anyone can enlighten me I'd appreciated it.
