If the call of a C/R at 15c is correct, then I have major concerns. That is a massive discount, let alone attaching oppies as well. Think about it. If BRN have so many positive balls in the air, then they should be able to go to the sophs, demonstrate that fact , and have them clambouring to get in at a 10% freebie. No news might simply be that there is none. If BRN had steady casino income, with further contracts in the pipeline, there's no way they'd be offering a 28% discount in a C/R. If the new shares are in fact 15c, make no mistake, the S/P is going to follow. The legitimacy of BRN is going to suffer big time. GLTA
