I've always supported the USA, but no longer. They are now under the control of a cabal of (mainly ex Goldman Sachs) banksters, corporate war-mongers, & bought and paid for politicians.
All of their major policies - including foreign policy - are built on defending the stock market and more importantly - the almighty US DOLLAR (PETRO-DOLLAR).
This is a bankrupt super-power sitting on a $20 Trillion National Debt mountain, and sheet scared of losing their economic power and the power that comes with having the USD as the world's premier reserve currency.
So you get this horrendous faustian bargain with the Saudi's whereby the Saudi's go around creating mayhem and the US outright invades or fights proxy wars in other Islamic countries, and ignores the Saudi elephant in the room.
Why European or Australasian nations should support this 'doomed to defeat' farcical situation is beyond me.
Peace & security in our nations will be destroyed if we go along with the US and get caught up in such an unwinnable mire.
