Interesting !
Mkt cap of BLK still $91 mill and there'd need to be a premium.
They've recently raised $35 mill so aren't desperate for money .
ASIC last Q was $2000 /oz but probably only teething problems and they had rain .
A T/O or merger would maybe give benefits of scale and diversity but I had though RMS probably looking at something a bit more "bite sized" like Viv was that could give feedstock to MM.
Don't have that much knowledge of BLK but do seem an interesting prospect.
