I think confirmation that the deal will go ahead subject to EMC shareholder approval is a catalyst for a rerate. The risk of it not going ahead is now zero.
I think the release of the NOM will also be another excuse for funds and the like to come on board as all the details of the transaction will be in front of them. It could be another couple of weeks for the NOM but as far as the merged entity is concerned its all systems go.
We might now also see announcements relating to RWL contract wins.
