    Hi robancoll,

    I believe you are right and that TMR has IBR in the pocket.
    Although my holdings have been send , they still have not been converted at this stage.
    I am sure that there are many more holders who are in the same situation.

    Every day will get more exciting but even with a holding close to the 90% TMR would have control of the board.

    Exciting times ahead imho.
