I can't find the initial comment but just yesterday he made the concession that FAR's claim was not affecting the projects progress.
The fact he has to make this concession means it's still alive.
It means WPL are still vulnerable.
But Mr Coleman yesterday flagged a “phased development” that could lower initial costs but would also mean less early production. Mr Coleman said Far’s claim that its pre-emptive rights had not been honoured in the ConocoPhillips was not affecting the project’s progress.
