In true Optimix/Nodil style:
QUOTE: Williams chose not to say IFCA had gone away, so one can, if one likes, quite validly presume it is still around particularly since there has been no indication IFCA has withdrawn its proposal. He also didn't say the original proposal had been abandoned, only that it could not be proceeded with - implying that it might or could be after the Appeal. END OF QUOTE
Optimix ruminating for good news as he do not have the mental capacity to understand what a condition precedent is. And for laughs he pretends to understand business loans that take eons to get funds. Perhaps it is because he was putting up his 8 cents CMQ shares for collaterals!
Even if in the unlikely event CMQ survives the judgment tomorrow, it is in deeper in shi+ than ever before with a product that is unsaleable, no production team and a management team proven to hatch the Inviro contract and fed shareholders Teflon.
