And in your opinion how long do you think these competitors will take to sign and implement their tech into businesses that have millions of customers already on their system?

I think John and team are doing the right things (getting it right before implementation), I would presume that each and every company has different software/systems which the isx tech must be adapted to so isx would have to tweak for each and every contract but hey that's just my opinion, I'm very confident they know exactly what they are doing, no business continually adds staff just for the hell of it, I take it as a good sign. This is a marathon not a sprint.
