    Hence the appointment of two independent directors to HML and the proposed IER. Seems like a good call to me -- controlling JBFG is in JBL's interest, and taking a profit and moving on to new opportunities is in HML's interest. I guess it all comes down to specifics of the price, valuation, etc.
