The references as to why "Glaucus" uncovered this first could be answered by "did someone show them EXACTLY where to look"?
Glaucus did not have direct access to QIN books. Without seeing the workings of internal accounts (which are not reported), how did they make their assumptions?
Its like they were given the answers, and then told how to ask the question.
