Not to play devil's advocate, but I'm pretty sure GTT knew what to do.....and know how to go about it....
the problem being is, they haven't don't have exploration backgrounds which is what one needs to gain confidence in the market in a situation such as this.....even though they could of easily pulled this off I'm sure...
