How long do you then think it would take to raise $20M for a DSO project after finalisation of the MPSA ? 1 day if that ?
The stock only goes to 8c if Eric chooses to fight out arbitration to the death. If he can be making $M's by Xmas and everyone seems agreeable on similar terms, where's his upside in timely and costly litigation ...
