It's certainly not the cleanest transaction, thats for sure. I wonder whether that's why the share price didn't climb higher. The post transaction NTA is $2.52, yet the price is only $2.08, with a high of $2.20. There is a circa 20% yield on offer.
Having said the above, they are taking all the right governance steps and we'll get an independent experts report.
It seem to good to be true.
